 Do you offer delivery or installation? 

At this time, we do not offer delivery or installation. All decks are built in our shop and picked up by the customer. This helps us keep costs down and pass those savings on to you.  

What do I need to bring for pickup? 

You will need an appropriately sized trailer and a vehicle capable of safely hauling your deck. If you’re unsure what size trailer you need, feel free to ask—we’re happy to help.  

Will you help load the deck? 

Yes. We load every deck using a forklift at no extra cost. Just arrive at your scheduled pickup time.  

How do I know what height to order? 

Measure from the ground to where you want the top of your deck floor to be. If you’re unsure, send us a message—we can help you figure it out.  

How long does it take to build my deck? 

Build times vary depending on demand. Decks are built in the order invoices are paid. Once you pay your invoice, your spot in line is secured.  

How do I pay? Is it secure? 

We send a digital invoice that you can pay directly from your phone or computer. This means you don’t have to give card information over the phone, and you’ll have a copy of your receipt for your records. 

 Do you require full payment upfront? 

Yes. Full payment is required to secure your place in our build schedule.  

What materials do you use? 

We use quality pressure-treated materials designed for durability and long-term use.

How do I unload my deck once I get home? 

We recommend planning ahead for unloading. One of the easiest ways is to invite a few friends over to help—turn it into a small get-together and make it fun. With a few extra hands, unloading your deck is quick and manageable. If you have equipment available (like a tractor or similar machinery), that can also make the process even easier.    

What tools do I need once I get it home? 

Most installations are straightforward, and you won’t need anything too specialized. Basic tools we recommend include: A drill or impact driver,  Level,  Tape measure,  and Shovel (if you need to level the ground or prep footings)  Depending on your setup, you may also want concrete blocks or other materials to create a solid, level base.     

What is required once I get my deck home? 

Have help available to unload and position the deck safely in place at the prepared location. Once in place, the deck will need to be leveled, and you will attach the stairs and handrails to finish the installation.
